Art of not sharing
It’s another morning with another notification. Every morning, when we woke up, we checked our phones first. Every day, the pressure of sharing has become the addiction of our lives, you're scrolling through the endless stream of updates. Your colleague has a new house, your aunt's dog has a birthday, your coworkers have been updating their travelling routes and you are just standing scrolling through their updates. Very, very publicly. And before too long, you are adding some of the updates of yourself such as Seasonal fog, and depression that is more crushing throughout existential dread. Without realizing it, we have consumed so much information within the personal in our life before the cup of coffee that starts with the real depression and real life.
